TERMS AND CONDITIONS

LIABILITY

By booking into a class you agree that:

  1. Nepean Dance is not responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class.

  2. Nepean Dance does not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen personal property. If you do become the victim of a theft, immediately report it to a Nepean Dance staff member, and we will try to assist you.

  3. Classes may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury.

  4. To the extent permitted by law, Nepean Dance shall not be liable or responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential injury, loss or damage to the property of the attendee, whatever and however arising.

BOOKING, ATTENDANCE AND PAYMENTS

Please be aware classes are on a first come first serve basis. If you are unable to make your class please ensure that you cancel to allow another client the opportunity to book in. If your class is cancelled due to an unforeseen circumstance you will be contacted via text, phone or email.

  1. Bookings are made online via the Picktime app.

  2. If you wish to cancel your booking, please do so via the cancellation link in your confirmation email. You will then be issued a refund. Failure to cancel via the cancellation link will mean you will not get a refund.

  3. Payment must be made upon booking, no exceptions

  4. Out of consideration for the trainer, other clients, and also for your own safety, the warm-up is an important aspect of each class. Please be aware that if you are more than 5 minutes late for a class, Nepean Dance does not take responsibility for any injuries that may occur.
